Conducted a thorough analysis of competitor websites to identify industry standards, successful design elements, and best funnel strategy to increase conversion.

Wireframing

Created wireframes incorporating more detailed elements, focusing on the placement of branding, features and CTA’s. Ensured wireframes were user friendly and aligned with the project goals.

Prototyping

I worked with the client to create a series of iterations on the design. I then produced a final prototype to simulate the website with all the complete visuals, including colour schemes, fonts, images and interactive elements. This ensured that the design was perfect before implementation. This reduced the risk of redesigning during development.

Development Management + Testing the Funnel on Different Devices

The I had to coordinate with the development team to translate the high-fidelity designs into a functional website. Part of this was to have regular meetings to ensure alignment with the designs and conducting thorough testing across various devices (desktop, tablet, iphone and android) and browsers (safari and chrome) to ensure smooth navigation and functionality. Below are some issues I found when testing…

Images not showing

Background gradient incorrect

Green tag too large

Final designs

When launching I implemented SEO strategies to enhance visibility and attract more visitors to the website and continued to monitoring performance/user feedback for any necessary adjustments post-launch.
