Project goal
To report on how to improve social media presence of Capgemini. This was part of my week long work experience at Capgemini.
What I did
– Desk research looking at Capgemini media presence and perception on Instagram, Facebook and Weibo
– Researched and led the team to produce the insights and recommendations report on how to improve the social media presence and attract more positive views
Outcome
Capgemini was happy with the report mentioning the quality of insights and creative recommendations. The report highlighted the company’s current social media perception and suggested other channels such as TikTok to attract a younger audience as the young talent it’s key to the company’s future.

Insights and recommendations
Opening a TikTok account to attract/advertise to a younger audience to invest in them for the company’s future. Include more information regarding the company, insights and photos of people working together for a better feel of the culture and environment. Includes posts with information about graduates and degree apprenticeships to attract young talent.
